Even though presented as a small storage space off of the patio, which contains the heating/air conditioning unit, the hot water heater and the CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX) has been determined to be a hot water heater area only and all locks have been changed, prohibiting the tenant from access to the CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX. The property tells tenants that there is 24 hour maintenance available, yet nothing has been done to fix the issue. One of the lights has actually lying on the ground with the pole and electrical components exposed to a broken sprinkler head (that also hasn't been addressed) for over two days.
